  Tendering Procedure
Any supplier wishing to submit a bid or tender proposal must be registered with SLT under the SLT e-procurement site by submitting the completed registration form on the site.

Please note that registration in annually published ‘Rainbow Pages of Business Telephone Directory’ is a pre-requisite for registration with SLT for all local companies.

All registered suppliers will be given a Username/Password to login to the Online bidding web page. For successful registration, all applicants must sign a Master Agreement with SLT.
Registration Procedure

The Registration Process provides requirements for registering with SLT and conditions governing the registration. Please arrange to submit this document duly signed together with your registration application.
Click on the Registration Application Form and complete all required details requested in the form. Please ensure to submit all the documents requested in Annex A when subitting your application for registration.
You are also required to download Business Categories Form and mark the relevant sub categories, which you wish to be registered for. Please note that a Registration fee of Rs 250/= per each sub category shall be paid at the time of submitting the appliaction. Suppliers can include additional categories at any time to their profile, by doing the relevant payment for additional sub categories.
Please download and read the Master Agreement and the Non Disclosure Agreement associated with the registration application. These must be signed offline (Please refer Annex B of Registration Form for signatory requirements) and the signed agreements shall be submitted for registration.
You are required to submit the duly signed Supplier Registration Declaration Form along with supporting details.
Registration Form and the Business Categories Form along with all supporting documents should be sent by hand or registered post to the Procurement Division of SLT along with the Check List published herewith.
If registration is successful, you will be notified of the Username and Password required to login to the online tendering web page. For security purposes, the password must be changed immediately after the first login.

Please download, fill and send the Change Contact Details Form if you need to modify any information submitted in an earlier application.
